I will begin by sharing some photos of our neighborhood called Izdehar here in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
This is a shot of our building, we live on the second floor. You can see there are several store fronts below our apt.
Notice the street signs are in all arabic on the side roads.
Our local masjid is less then a "stone throw" away. It is right across the street from where we live.

Did you live in Izdhihar in 2004? We live there in 2003 and 2004. My husband's name is Mohamed and he is Somali. He worked at ELS while I worked at MAnarat.
Yes, we have lived here since 2003. I don't think I know him. I experienced Manarat from 2003-2007.
