Tamimis / Safeway grocery store

Tamimi / Safeway market is probably the most popular grocery store amongst the westerners (non scientific findings). They airship lots of products, so one has access to many "comfort foods". Yesterday, I even saw Whatchamacallits, boy that took me back a few years.

Most of the pics include the price at the bottom of the photo. The prices are in Saudi riyals and can be converted to dollars by dividing by 3.75 and the answer is the amount in dollars. For example one box of imp0rted cereal is about 22 sar. So we take the 22 /3.75 = $5.87. Quite expensive, so you pay for that convenience and access.

International Products
See the turkeys at the bottom?
Cranberry sauce? What season are they referring to?
WOW! This takes me back.

What's a good ol' American breakfast without hash browns?

Yummy!!!
Even more yummy!!!

Yummiest!!!

Here's a video of the bakery section at one of the Tamimi / Safeway market

At least the cranberry sauce got there! Looks like they got you covered on all the pies.

You know, we didn't have Safeway's up in Michigan, so I am only now becoming familiar with the chain. Hope your New Year is even more blessed than the last!
